Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@hellofloraco.com within 14 days of receiving your order and state your reason for wanting to return. (Please be sure to put your order # in the email). If you decide to return an item(s) to Floraco, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties and taxes that are incurred on the package.
Should your return be accepted we will start the process and you will be emailed a return label for you to send your items back, preferably in the original packaging. We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your return label. We will deduct the shipping cost of $9.99 from your refund
Upon receipt of the merchandise being returned, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds. In addition, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@hellofloraco.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
